Q – Do the prices include installation?
A – Yes. All prices include complete installation. This includes new digital thermostat, hurricane pad, permits, removal and disposal of the old system, and complete cleanup of all materials. No surprises. No bait and switch.

Q – Do you offer financing?
A – YES, we offer easy financing. You can even use a co-signer. Approval usually requires your or your co-signer to have a credit score of around 650 or higher. During the Jobsite Inspection Appointment our project manager can assist with the application. The process is super simple and takes less than 5 minutes. 

Q – Do you carry other brands?

Q – Will you install a system that I buy elsewhere?
A – No, we only install units sold by us, for good reason. If a system fails down the road, we can fix the problem under the manufacturer parts warranty and our labor warranty. When the system is sold by one company and installed by another one, breakdowns usually turn into a finger pointing game. The system retailer claims the installer is at fault. The installer claims the equipment is faulty. One of them is usually right, but the customer is stuck in the middle of this finger pointing game. So we eliminate this problem by only installing systems that we sell. If there is a problem, the buck stops with us. Everyone wins!

Q – Do you charge sales tax?
A – There is now sales tax to pay when you purchase a fully installed system. Florida does not charge sales tax on services.
