Our 12 year old heat pump needed to be replaced and we picked Pronto because of the ease of purchase and great prices. We wound up choosing a high-efficiency system. Our electric bills are way down and the system is very quiet – what we wanted. We’ve had several technicians come to our home, first to install and we’ve also had 6 months of maintenance and every time they were timely, cordial, neat, friendly and if i had any questions, they were answered very quickly. AC went out Thursday night, at 8am I called a big name repair company that promised fast service. They were at my house by 9:30. They quote me $13200 for a new AC. I felt it was too much. I got online and found Everyday Air Conditioning. Their price was about $4500 lower than the other company!. They came out by 8:30am for their quick TechCheck. They started installation by 11:00am and were finished by 6:00pm. I had another question about the thermostat Friday morning. I called them at 7:45am. Their tech was here at 8:30am. He went over the thermostat with me again and AC has been working great.
Jason was very thorough in explaining why we need a heat pump air conditioner instead of a straight cooling air conditioner – he spelled it out in layman’s terms so I could understand and make the best decision regarding what to have installed. Very personable, too!
